I am the Director of Cognoscenti Business Psychologists Ltd and a chartered occupational psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. I am an expert in Wellbeing, Leadership, Change Management and Executive Coaching. I commenced my career with the NHS, working in the clinical field and have over 25 years’ experience of delivering organizational initiatives across all sectors e.g. Aviva, BBC, the Vita Group, NHS, ATL etc.

I am a published author (http://bit.ly/2lwfVEW) with a new book out later this year. I am a supervisor for the global MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS). I also provide training on behalf of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of People and Development) and am an executive coach for the Alliance Manchester Business School/Manchester Metropolitan University Business School leadership programmes. I teach Leadership Psychology at the University of Reykjavik and am the co-convener of the British Psychological Society (BPS), ‘Psychology of Health and Wellbeing at Work’ group.

My hobby is learning Spanish and I take every opportunity to practise whenever I can. I am also a dog lover and have a lovely rescue staffie called Marley.
