Having worked in senior leadership positions across multiple industries for over twenty years, Sally has the context and skillset to accelerate both individual and cultural change.  Her impressive CV includes brands such as Bupa, Marks and Spencer’s, Warburton’s and most recently JCB, where her success as an internal consultant has led to significant delivery of the leadership and management initiatives, coaching and  development programmes being delivered in-house.
