I have spent over 30 years in HR, learning and development and consulting roles having worked for Marks and Spencer, PricewaterhouseCoopers, DTZ and Shop Direct prior to setting up my own business in 2014.

I draw on my experience gained within these organisations to offer a highly pragmatic yet commercial approach when working with clients. I am passionate about individuals, teams and organisations realising their potential. I have lived and continue (occasionally) to work in Asia, a part of the world I love.

My coaching and consulting styles are described as focused, pragmatic, challenging and supportive, with a clear link to delivering business priorities. I am a qualified coach and accredited at Practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, fine wine and food, travel and spend most of my time outdoors on the golf course.
