I am an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with experience across a variety of sectors, including Finance, Technology, Construction and SMEs. I am qualified in coaching both individuals and teams and am passionate about developing great leaders and building engaging, effective teams.

I spent eight years as an internal coach in financial services where I coached senior managers and executives up to and including CEO-1 level. I’ve since worked as a coach, consultant, facilitator and designer of leadership development with clients including HSBC, Citi, NatWest, CALA Homes, Virgin Money, Qatar Foundation, AON and a variety of small and medium sized businesses.

Outside of work, I’m a sports coach - currently the Assistant Head Coach of the Great Britain Men’s American Football team and the Head Coach of the Scotland u19 American Football team.
