I started working as a freelance development coach in 2012 after working for 17 years in the commercial sector across both private and public organisations. My roles have been quite diverse in many ways but all have a common thread – developing relationships and seeking positive outcomes.

I started in fashion distribution on the supply chain side working with both suppliers and clients, before moving onto customer engagement within the NHS, then finally working in stakeholder & account management with suppliers and clients. I tend to work collaboratively and enjoy making a difference in all the roles I undertake.

I enjoy the chance to get out into the fresh air walking as much as I can, often listening to a podcast and enjoying the sense of liberty that walking offers. I enjoy eating and baking cakes and I’m often still reading through the Sunday papers on a Wednesday!
