I have over 20 years’ experience in change management and organisational development engagements within the public and private sectors, working with senior management teams and within complex and highly regulated organisations. With a keen eye for detail alongside a focus on quality assurance I ensure all areas of client engagements are brought to a successful conclusion for all parties.

I have also worked within an educational institution with responsibility for setting up a curriculum area and commercial business. This created two additional revenue streams for the organisation and successfully achieved high levels of attainment and acknowledgement of innovative teaching practices.

In my spare time I do as much travel as possible with a particular love of South East Asia where I have worked and travelled extensively.
