I am an ICF member and ACC certified coach with over 12 years’ experience of working as a Chartered Accountant in a variety of roles including Audit, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Finance, Investor Relations and Financial Reporting. I have worked in Financial Services (Big 4 and Big 6), PE backed businesses, fast growth entrepreneur businesses, Retail and e-commerce. I thrive when working with people and enjoy working internationally. I have always been passionate about helping others to reach their potential throughout my career.

As a coach, I focus on helping millennials and the ‘leaders of tomorrow’ to enjoy their careers and work more and to develop their leadership mindset which I believe starts with leading yourself first. I enjoy adapting coaching sessions to meet the needs of my coachee and am in my ‘flow’ when dancing in the moment which includes helping the coachee to tune into the body. My clients say I create an environment where they feel comfortable to be vulnerable and that I actively listen to them while also asking questions to encourage them to move forward.

I live in Bolton with my husband and three fluffy children. I love going for walkies, cooking and practising hot yoga. Holidays are often spent in the Lake District, Dubai or Walt Disney World in Florida.
