I have over 20 years’ experience in senior and strategic organisational development, change management and HR engagements, primarily within the Aviation and Travel sector.   I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and an Executive Coach (ILM 7).

I work with organisations to support the development and delivery of the people strategy, ensuring alignment to business objectives, developing culture and delivering development solutions that add value, achieves impact and improve business performance. With a strong interest in authentic, strengths based leadership and positive psychology, I work collaboratively to engage people and teams to achieve their full potential.

Apart from developing people, I love developing houses, having completed a recent renovation of an arts and crafts house.  My other great passion is skiing and I love to be in the mountains to recharge and be inspired.
