I am a NLP Practitioner, Coach, Mentor, Leadership Development and Change Specialist and have over 25 years experience of leading people and organisations through transformational change.

I have worked across a number of sectors such as Banking, Retail, Insurance and The Media and have a wealth of experience in relation to helping others to achieve performance goals. I have also successfully led a number of large transformational change projects, specialising in operational implementation.

I am a firm believer that internal beliefs can influence the results you can achieve and I am passionate about helping others to understand their inner restrictions and develop their self-confidence to break the barriers of limitation and achieve their ambitions.

To watch individuals or organisations grow as a result of my input is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role and I am so passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves and finding the depths of their ability.  Leading, Coaching and Training is more than a job, it’s a talent and to do it for a living is a privilege!
