I love to solve problems and believe great communication and considered change engagement can accelerate business results.

I’ve worked on complex and fierce changes, alongside some inspirational engagement for blue chip & FTSE organisations. My strength is helping Exec teams to focus on communicating for results – to drive change and strategy.

Before specialising in change engagement, I led large frontline and support teams and project managed changes to systems, locations and customer websites. This means I can have credible and challenging conversations with stakeholders to contribute to business strategy.

I love to travel and keep adding to my worldwide bucket list, although the last few years have involved lots of UK trips with my lovely French bulldog.
