Louise Pode

Louise Pode Consultant and Coach

Coaching in the SME sector has been at the heart of my work for the last 25 years, working with leaders to develop values led, resilient business.

My focus is on optimising performance by enabling leaders to develop agile, resilient businesses through a growth mindset that attracts and retains talent.

Aside from our mindset, the environment in which we operate is pivotal to our wellbeing and performance. Central to my work is working with business leaders to create an environment where their teams feel energised, motivated and valued. My background as a Chartered Physiotherapist with a Masters in Ergonomics, working for the British military, has given me a wealth of experience in optimising our working environment to promote motivation and performance.

In addition to my Executive Coaching qualifications, my skills as a Master Practitioner in both Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing (WRAW) play a key role in my work.

I am also a Personal Development Coach and author of “How to get THERE: Your personal coaching guide to take you to the next level”.
As part of my social mission, I work with local social enterprises to enable them to utilise coaching strategies within their communities. I am a passionate believer that everyone should have access to coaching strategies to reach their goals, develop a growth mindset and build their resilience along the way.

As a leading UK Coach for Nervous Skiers, I work in collaboration with The Ski Club of Great Britain, Ellis Brigham and New Generation Ski School, to enable clients to overcome their anxiety. I am also a Fear of Flying Coach to enable anxious passengers to overcome their fear and look forward to their holidays.
