I am a learning and development professional who has supported individuals, teams and organisations to evolve and improve results for over 13 years. My background is a blend of consultancy, management responsibility and specialist technical roles within financial services.

My passion is for the soft skills which I believe help us all to be confident, happy and more productive at work. I run a consultancy business which enables individuals, teams and organisations of all sizes to perform at their best, with clients both in the UK and overseas.

Away from work, I enjoy travel, skiing and golf. Recently I have become a little obsessed with making pizza from scratch using our new pizza oven. Work continues on the perfect pizza dough and Dan’s Secret Sauce^TM.
