I specialise in experiential learning to enable development & have lots of experience across the private & co-operative sectors. I focus on self-awareness and personal communications, particularly in the leadership arena.

Being creative and free-thinking, I’m known for developing ideas that accelerate behaviour change and focus on performance improvement.  I have a genuine interest in and liking for people. You’ll find me empathetic and helpful; I’ll build relationships easily and bring an element of fun to work.

I love keeping active outdoors & swapped kite boarding for skiing a few years ago.  Having recently moved to the South Shropshire Hills, I’m doing lots of walking & cycling.
