I am an experienced learning professional with considerable breadth of experience in leading organisational change, developing leadership capability and supporting individual development. I also have experience of the facilitation of successful cultural change programmes, large organisational development work and the development of many graduate and talent programmes.

I am an established coach who has supported both individuals and teams to achieve their personal goals, with particular experience working with senior leaders and executive teams.  Said to be “inspirational” and “life changing” by my clients.

Away from work, I am married to Sallie and we have busy lives with, five children, two dogs and a goldfish called Wiggle. I am also the man some people love to hate – a qualified Football Referee!
