I am the Managing Director of Co-Creation with over 20 years of business experience working with organisations. Building strong relationships is really important to me and my natural approach is to be collaborative. I aim to add real value to the people and organisations that I work with.
I believe that by focusing on strengths that this will drive individual, team and organisational performance. I possess an MBA from Henley Business School and I am a qualified coach.
I enjoy running and I have run the London Marathon. I am also a father of triplet girls, which keeps me on my toes, but they also make me smile every day.
I have spent over 30 years in HR, learning and development and consulting roles having worked for Marks and Spencer, PricewaterhouseCoopers, DTZ and Shop Direct prior to setting up my own business in 2014.
I draw on my experience gained within these organisations to offer a highly pragmatic yet commercial approach when working with clients. I am passionate about individuals, teams and organisations realising their potential. I have lived and continue (occasionally) to work in Asia, a part of the world I love.

I have over 20 years’ experience in senior and strategic organisational development, change management and HR engagements, primarily within the Aviation and Travel sector. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and an Executive Coach (ILM 7).

Outside work, I am a keen sportsman – regularly competing in triathlons but also having led and managed some representative sports teams. I am a father to three (almost four) lovely children, and husband of a long-suffering wife. It’s for them that I do everything I do.

I enjoy walking and have taken part in several long-distance charity events including the Brecon Beacons 10 Peaks Challenge. My favourite walk is the Wainwright Coast to Coast route from St Bees, Cumbria to Robin Hood’s Bay, North Yorkshire.
Helen has worked for over 30 years in the People and Coaching arena at all levels and across many industries. Helen was a Global HR Director in the Financial services sector prior to setting up her own Coaching and HR consultancy in 2005. Helen currently facilitates major programmes for The Civil Service, Retail, Defence and Telecoms industry.

Peter is a Chartered Psychologist with over 30 years of organisational experience. Most recently he was Head of Organisation Development at a London-based Russell Group university, introducing, designing and delivering three levels of management development programmes, setting up an internal coaching bank and training hundreds of managers in coaching skills. He takes a “positive psychology” approach to his coaching, focusing on key strengths that enable excellent performance to happen. He is the author of three related books.

I like to engage with organisations to understand their ambition, work with them to uncover strategy and put in place suitable action plans. I thrive on supporting individuals and teams and will help them to recognise and face up to their reality; not only to uncover purpose but to be absolutely certain of the steps to move individuals towards an ambitious and inspiring future.
I’ve been successfully coaching triathletes for many years; with particular focus on their swimming technique (I’m a successful open water swimmer having ventured across Windermere, Coniston and Buttermere) – for many this element is their nemesis. Helping them overcome their fears and seeing them grow and develop has been a real privilege. The open water experience provides superb parallels for individuals and organisations;
