1) Coaching and Mentoring Skills
– We can help you create a culture in which coaching flourishes
– We can design and deliver programmes that create and upskill your people in preparation for becoming coaches

– We can design and deliver training programmes to create or upskill mentors and to brief mentees in preparation for mentoring.
2) 1:1 Coaching and Mentoring
We recognise that individuals have different needs, and may need coaching to enhance their skills and performance. It may be to support them to manage changes for the organisations, their teams and themselves – often it may be all of these at the same time.
Coaching and Mentoring Hybrid Programme
We often encounter instances where our clients are looking for an element of mentoring, in addition to coaching, and we have created a hybrid coaching and mentoring programme, which is delivered on a 1:1 basis.
Our experienced coaches and mentors come from a variety of backgrounds and they have extensive experience in delivering 1:1 coaching sessions in areas such as executive coaching, career transitions, business coaching and leadership transition.
3) Creating a Coaching Culture
We work with organisations to develop the skills of individuals, but if you want to ensure coaching is practised at all levels in your organisation, then we can support you in creating a coaching culture.
