I have over 25 years of leadership experience, working in organisations at many senior positions and responsible for a wide variety of functions during that time.

Since becoming an independent Coach in 2016, my areas of expertise and interest are in Executive, Leadership and Business Coaching, Transition Coaching, Business Development, Boardroom Behaviours, and Leadership Development.

I work collaboratively with my clients to increase capability & confidence, adding measurable value at both an individual and organisational level. I am strengths based in my approach, and I work with clients within the value set of: seek to understand, work hard, stay positive, be creative, be self-responsible, and be bold.

My coaching and consulting styles are described as structured, tough-talking, honest & open, high support, high empathy, high challenge and high trust. Blended with innovative & strategic business thinking.

I am a qualified Coach and accredited to ACC level with the International Coach Federation.

When I’m not working my main pleasures are clay pigeon shooting, fine food & wine, watching (or attending!) Rugby & Formula One, and of course spending time with my ever-expanding family.
