Prior to setting as a self-employed full time coach, I directed large scale coaching and leadership development programmes for a variety of FTSE 250 organisations. I now specialise in supporting NHS as a member of the Leadership Academy Faculty, as well as providing coaching to the commercial and third sectors for high potential and transitioning leaders.
I have an eclectic interest in personal development and my academic achievements reflect this: MSc/Dip/Cert Merit in coaching and mentoring, Action Learning Set Facilitation (ILM 7), C-IQ Enhanced Coach (Conversational Intelligence), and qualified to deliver a range of psychometrics including Strengthscope and NHS 360. I’m a laughter yoga facilitator, which is great for wellbeing and stress release. My clients tell me they value my sales and marketing background, as well as my creative coaching approach; I’m often seen carrying a pink box of creative tools to help inspire different perspectives and exploration for my clients.
In my spare time I write about and work with later stage women leaders who are exploring menopause transition. I am lucky in that I live in a wonderful cottage in the beautiful Peak District and enjoy lots of walking with my two furry best friends (and my husband of course).
