I have over 20 years’ experience working in learning and organisation development roles, fulfilling my aim of helping individuals, teams and organisations to be the best they can be. I’m committed to my core values of making a difference and I truly believe that everyone can maximise their learning if they allow themselves to do so.
My specific areas of expertise and interest are Leadership development, managing change and harnessing diversity to create high performance. My desire to help more people to communicate better with others through an increased understanding of diversity is at the heart of my keen interest in psychometrics. Perhaps the world would be a much better place if they taught MBTI to every child in every school on the planet!
I love to travel (despite my fear of flying!) and I’m fascinated by learning about new places and cultures. My dream job (other than the one I’m lucky enough to be in) would be a travel reporter – getting paid to travel the world. I also like to keep fit by going to the gym and of course spending time with my family and friends.
