I have considerable experience of coaching clients from a diverse range of sectors. Prior to this I spent 17 years in HR Management increasingly specialising in the people implications of major business change projects. This developed into an interest in managing careers through change and in enabling individuals to enhance their ability to excel at work they enjoy.

My approach is strengths based and encouraging. I aim to find the right balance of support and challenge to maximise personal development.

I believe in the value of lifelong learning and continue to develop my own skills and knowledge. I have been an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation since 2007 and attained my PCC (Professional Certified Coach) in 2011. I am a Coach mentor and supervisor. I’m also qualified to use a number of psychometric tools including Strengthscope.

 

Both my husband and I have experienced significant health issues so health and well-being are a priority. I enjoy training at the gym, walking and exploring new places. I also have a keen interest in nutrition and good food.
