I have over 12 years’ experience in large corporate organisations, both nationally and internationally. After spending much of my career working in busy and varied people development roles for both the financial services industry and a national property company, I now specialise in resilience and delivering proven leadership programmes that help businesses improve performance, engagement, wellbeing and achieving long lasting behaviour change.

I have coached individuals at all levels of an organisation, I have current clients who are at Executive and Middle Manager levels but I’m also equally at ease coaching non-manager levels.

Recently I have worked in many differing sectors including; Manufacturing, Financial Services, Digital Marketing and Creative, Education, Property and Construction, Retail and Local Government.

I’m a mum to two young children who keep me busy. I enjoy walking in the countryside, Yoga and I’m a huge fan of podcasts.
